New SSD-PUT Firmware Update Increases Read and Write Speeds

This firmware update will increase the speed of the SSD-PUT, to 600 MB/s read speed and 500 MB/s write speed, respectively. This boosts the read speed to over four times than that of a typical portable HDD, perfect for on-the-fly access of large files while you are traveling. The update also updates the supported USB standard on the SSD-PUT to USB 3.2 Gen 2. This increases the data transfer rate of the USB port (up to 10 Gbps), enabling smoother file transfers.
