Enable the FIPS security policy
1. Open “gpedit.msc” by searching it from the Windows search console.
2. From the “Local Group Policy Editor” Select “Windows Setting” then “Security Settings” and then “Local Policies” and then “Security Options”
3. Inside “Security Options” At the right, select and double click on “System cryptography: Use FIPS-compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing”
4. Change Setting to "Enabled"
