    2. Unseat each PSU 1/3 of the way (2U Rackmount TearStations only)
    3. Reseat or reinsert each drive 1 at a time confirming its fully seated, not sticking out

    2. LinkStation drive tray's will be flush with one side of the front chassis
    3. 2U Rackmount TearStation PSU(s) will be firmly seated and flush with the back of the chassis

  6. Wait for 15-30min while unplugged from power before proceeding (12-72hrs in situations involving power issues)

  7. Reconnect ONLY the power cable(s)

  8. Power the unit back on by flipping the switch to the on position, pressing the power button once or holding the power button for 3-5 seconds (unit dependent, consult manual if unsure)

  9. Wait until the power LED turns solid (any color, may take up to 30min)

  10. Wait at LEAST an additional 3min if actively monitoring before proceeding

  11. Plug in ONLY one ethernet cable (for multi port units, the one used for the units Management if more then one port is being used)

  12. Wait 10min before accessing the WebUI (while NAS Navi may detect the unit already, the unit may not be fully booted, information returned may be incomplete)

  13. Login to WebUI

  14. Initiate a reboot

  15. Proceed with any remaining steps as directed by your Buffalo Technical Support representative.
